1. Order
How do I place an order?
Choose the proper attribution and click add to the cart and click the checkout button to place an order. Buy it now button can lead you to checkout page.
NOTE: If you have bulk purchasing needs, please contact us to communicate specific purchasing needs, we will give wholesale purchasing prices and purchase methods according to the actual situation.
Can I check out by credit card?
Yes. credit cards are supported in Paypal. If you wish to use credit cards directly you can follow the standard checkout process and input your card information on the checkout page. When you pay with your PayPal account, funds can come from your PayPal balance, UnionPay credit or debit card, and debit or credit cards bearing the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo.
We also support Stripe credit card payments.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Not necessary, but recommended, we support Guest orders.
How do I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number in it. You can also have the tracking number under the user dashboard.
2. Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
The site currently accepts Paypal and Stripe, or if you don't have, you can pay by bank card. For payments by bank transfer, we will send you FXTUL's bank account details via official email. The name or company of the bank account holder must match the name or company of the person placing the order.
Is it secure to order from this shop?

3. Shipment
What shipping methods are supported?
We cooperate with several main shipping couries which can ship to 90% of the world. Moreover, We have three shipping methods: Standard, Expedited, and Saver.
Note: Some countries may not support Saver.
How long does it take to receive my package?
Usually, we will send the parcel in 1~2 days. Due to the developing situation of COVID-19, the shipping times may vary.
- Europe: 5~10 days
- North America: 5~15 days
- Asia: 2~5 days
Do you ship to my country?
In general, we do ship worldwide.
