What is a Sonic Belt Tension Tester?
When a belt experiences longitudinal impact between pulleys, its inherent elasticity generates vibrations at specific frequencies. These frequencies vary depending on the belt type, density, width, and span. Given the belt type, density, width, and span, the belt tension analyzer non-invasively and accurately measures installation tension related to belt performance by analyzing the belt's vibrational sound waves. When the belt is stationary, the sensor compensates for sound waves generated by span deflection and displays the tension value through digital calculation and processing.

• Overwriting the data table will replace the modified table permanently. This operation cannot be undone.
• If the data format is incorrect and the device cannot recognize it after restarting, the device will automatically use a blank file and send it back.
• It is recommended to copy the DATA.CSV file to your computer before editing. After editing is complete,
• Data entry must use an English input method;
• Input data must strictly follow the template format requirements;
• Do not store other files in this storage space;
• Never disconnect the USB connection while saving files to prevent data loss;
• The database supports a maximum of 999 data sets.
