（1）What should I do if my motorcycle doesn't appear in the device list after connecting?

If the “Model Selection” option does not recognize your vehicle, please use the “System Selection” mode for matching (For Ducati, BMW, and Harley models, please select “VIN identify.”) which typically achieves successful matching.

Specific steps:  

1. Select “Diagnosis”;  
2. Select the motorcycle brand you wish to diagnose;  
3. Click “System Selection” (For Ducati, BMW, and Harley models, please select “VIN identify.”).  

This is because some motorcycle models may have different names in different regions, and we are unable to list all motorcycle model names. Therefore, the “System Selection” mode was developed to automatically match the motorcycle to be diagnosed when users cannot manually match the motorcycle model.

（2）What if the connected device doesn't support my motorcycle or the features I want?

If the device fails to recognize your motorcycle, please verify that your software version is up to date.
If it is not the latest version, visit the FXTUL official website to download the corresponding upgrade software for your device. After upgrading to the latest version, reconnect for diagnostics.

1. After unzipping, place files in the root directory;
2. Do not rename any files;
3. If your device is in black-screen upgrade mode, do not press “OK”—maintain the USB upgrade method.

If the device still does not support your motorcycle after updating to the latest version, please provide your diagnostic video + logs. I will assist you in contacting an engineer for resolution.
