II. Upgrade Steps：
1. Connect the motorcycle diagnostics tool to your computer using a USB cable.
2. Visit the official FXTUL website: https://fxtul.com/
3. Download the upgrade package: On the website, click on "DOWNLOAD" > "SOFTWARE UPGRADE" > Select the model of the device to upgrade.
As shown below: (Using the M3-A upgrade as an example):
4. Unzip the downloaded upgrade package. You will get a folder named "DIAGNOSE". Place the folder in the root directory and do not change the file name.
5. Follow the prompts to install the unzipped folder to complete the upgrade.

The upgrade package on the official website is a compressed file. Please unzip it before installing.

If the screen turns black after connecting to the computer in upgrade mode, do not press the "OK" button, as it will disconnect the device from the computer.

Do not rename the unzipped "DIAGNOSE" folder. Ensure that the folder is placed in the root directory and not inside any other folders.
IV. Common Upgrade Failure Causes & Solutions
A: In this case, please delete the previous upgrade files to free up space for the new installation package.
Q2: Device not recognized after connecting to the computer?
A: If the screen turns black in upgrade mode, try reconnecting the device and avoid pressing the "OK" button after connection. If it's another mode, please record a video of the connection failure and contact us for assistance.

A: You can choose whether to format. If you choose to format, make sure the format type is FAT32.
